Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join a supportive school district in Newark, CA.
This is an onsite, full-time school-based position providing speech and language services to students while collaborating with teachers, families, and special education teams.
Position Details:
- Location: Newark, CA
- Setting: School-based, onsite
- Schedule: Full-time
- School Year: 2026–2027
- Pay: $60–$80/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Employment: Contract/W-2 through Soliant
- Certification: CCC-SLP required
- California licensure/credential: Required or eligible
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and administrators.
- Provide evidence-based therapy appropriate to each student's needs.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- California school credential/authorization as required
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
