Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join a supportive school district in Newark, CA.

This is an onsite, full-time school-based position providing speech and language services to students while collaborating with teachers, families, and special education teams.

Position Details:

• Location: Newark, CA
• Setting: School-based, onsite
• Schedule: Full-time
• School Year: 2026–2027
• Pay: $60–$80/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Employment: Contract/W-2 through Soliant
• Certification: CCC-SLP required
• California licensure/credential: Required or eligible

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and administrators.
• Provide evidence-based therapy appropriate to each student's needs.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
• California school credential/authorization as required
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
