Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Newark, CA

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Newark, California. This position will provide speech and language services to students throughout the full school year, working collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers to support student communication and academic success.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate data and documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, related service providers, and school staff.
- Develop appropriate strategies and interventions to support students’ speech, language, and communication needs.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or eligible California SLP license
- Appropriate California school-based credentialing
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with IEPs, evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
