Qualifications Needed:

  • Current and valid Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) accepted
  • Clinical experience in pediatrics, preferably in school or healthcare settings
  • Comfortable with teletherapy platforms as well as onsite services
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessment and therapy to preschool and elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support professionals
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development
