Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Knowledge of IEP procedures and documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to in-person, on-site service delivery throughout the school year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs
  • Deliver direct, evidence-based therapy to students
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
  • Offer consultation to educational staff to support classroom communication strategies
