Key Qualifications:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience providing SLP services in a school setting
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across various grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services within the school setting
- Collaborate closely with educators, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation on student progress and treatment outcomes
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued multidisciplinary team member
