School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Newark, Delaware

As valued team members, you’ll provide crucial support and intervention by delivering in-person speech-language pathology services within an educational environment near Newark, DE.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain appropriate state certification for practice
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech and language assessment and therapy to students, ensuring individualized needs are addressed
• Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with IEPs and district/state guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, sessions, and progress reports
• Engage students using evidence-based practices and creative interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with school staff, and contribute insight for program planning
• Support student success through ongoing consultation with teachers and families
