Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current SLP license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain one before start date
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcomed and encouraged to apply
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing professional development
- Experience in schools, healthcare, or pediatric settings preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students ranging from early childhood to high school
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress according to educational goals
- Maintain appropriate documentation, including evaluation reports, session notes, and IEP updates
- Participate in school meetings and communicate regularly with staff and families regarding student needs and progress
