Requirements:
- Valid, active Delaware Speech-Language Pathology license
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Background working with elementary-aged children, including those with autism, is highly desirable

- Ability to manage and prioritize caseload effectively
In this role, you will:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students in both traditional and autism support classrooms
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to tailor interventions to each child's needs
- Monitor progress and adapt strategies to maximize student success
- Engage in proactive communication and teamwork within a supportive school setting
