Open Assignments Include:
- Two full-time elementary positions (grades 1–5), August 25 to November 13, 2026—virtual candidates welcome.
- One full-time middle and high school role (grades 6–12, split between two buildings), November 6 to February 17, 2026—virtual participation considered. Candidates may transition from an August leave.
- One full-time preschool opening (ages 3–4), August 25 to October 16, 2026—in-person only.
- One full-time Kindergarten SLP (primarily Autism caseload), August 25 to November 13, 2026—in-person only.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active SLP licensure (or eligibility) in Delaware.
- CCC-SLP preferred for virtual roles; strong CFs considered for on-site placements.
- Recent school-based or pediatric experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, tailored to each student’s IEP goals.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
