Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current or eligible SLP licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience working in educational settings with children or adolescents
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop and deliver individualized therapy sessions to meet student goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff for coordinated care
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on student progress
  • Consult on classroom strategies and modifications to support students’ needs
