Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a welcoming charter school in Newark, Delaware for the full 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity serving a student population that is primarily Spanish-speaking. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, but bilingual proficiency is not required. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Delaware SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs encouraged to apply if applicable
• Previous school-based experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Complete IEP documentation and attend team meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
