Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Maryland Department of Health Certification
- Previous experience with school-aged children preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services to students from PreK3 to 3rd grade
- Manage a caseload of 40-50 students with another SLP’s support
- Deliver services in small group, 1:1, and health office settings
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs for students with mild to moderate disabilities
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
