This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position supports students in a school setting, serving an ASD population of 5-8 children. The contract runs from ASAP through June 23, 2026, with work hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification (SLP - CCC)
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY) accepted
  • Experience working in school environments preferred
  • Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) populations is essential

Location:

  • Newark, NJ

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech therapy services to students on the autism spectrum
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet educational and communication goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Conduct assessments and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school policies
