Qualifications:
- Hold an active NJ SLP license
- Possess a current NJ Department of Education certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background in school-based and/or pediatric speech-language services
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
What you’ll do:
- Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students individually and in small groups
- Maintain accurate and timely session documentation
- Consult effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Advocate for the communication needs of students
