We are seeking three full-time Speech-Language Pathologists for contract placements beginning September 2026, covering 12-week maternity leaves. These onsite roles are an excellent fit for professionals ready to make a difference in schools serving high Autism and preschool populations across K-5th grade.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, flexibility, and collaboration as they work closely with students, teachers, and parents. CFs are welcome to apply with external supervision arrangements, while those fully certified (CCCs) will be prioritized. Please note, supervision cannot be provided by the district, and SLPAs are not eligible.

Qualifications:

  • Current NJ SLP License and valid NJ SLS Certification required
  • Experience in school-based settings, especially with high Autism and preschool populations, preferred
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is a plus
  • Clinical Fellows considered with access to an external supervisor
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop customized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services and outcomes
  • Communicate regularly with families and staff to ensure cohesive support
