Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among elementary students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress
  • Work closely with classroom teachers to implement strategies that support communication goals in the classroom
  • Engage students using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, both one-on-one and in groups
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide recommendations to support overall student success
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
