Desired Background & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship candidates (CFY) encouraged to apply
• Previous school-based experience or strong interest in educational settings preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Compassionate, collaborative, and adaptable approach when working with students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to middle and high school students (caseload approx. 30–50)
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and appropriate therapy plans
• Assess, evaluate, and document student progress using evidence-based practices
• Consult with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student communication needs
• Maintain accurate therapy records and adhere to district and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings as needed to coordinate comprehensive student support
