Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CCC-SLP certification
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience working with school-age students, preferably in middle or high school settings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to create an encouraging and inclusive therapeutic space

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to middle and high school students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and document student progress according to school and state guidelines
  • Deliver engaging interventions tailored to diverse communication needs, including articulation, language, and fluency
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Offer guidance on communication strategies and classroom accommodations
