Join Our Team: Speech-Language Pathologist

We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Licking County, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive school environment while making a meaningful impact on students’ communication and academic success.

Multiple openings are available, offering flexibility based on your preferred age group and schedule.

Caseload Options: Preschool or Kindergarten through 5th Grade
Setting: School-based

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education and treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Ohio SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
• Prior school-based experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
