Ready to make a difference in the lives of preschoolers? A contract opportunity is available for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) to work with young learners ages 3-4. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule, with immediate start and flexibility through June, serving a manageable caseload of 40-50 students. You'll enjoy a collaborative, supportive environment while helping children develop crucial early communication skills.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP license for practice
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children, ideally in a school or early intervention setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in preschool-aged students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans targeting each student’s specific needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support each child’s communication goals
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with school and legal guidelines
  • Consult with parents/guardians, providing updates and strategies for home reinforcement
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based approaches for student success
