Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
  • Valid state licensure or the ability to obtain appropriate licensure for practice in the state
  • Previous experience in a school setting (preferred, but not required)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key responsibilities in this role:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and evaluations
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide direct therapy services for students with communication challenges
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation, progress reports, and case files
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Engage in ongoing professional development
