Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state SLP license (or the eligibility to obtain one)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children is a plus
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and leading evidence-based therapy sessions
  • Solid communication, organizational, and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Maintain detailed documentation of progress and communicate regularly with families and staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and staff development initiatives
  • Provide training, support, and resources to teachers and other school personnel
