  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows are welcome
  • Experience providing speech-language services in school settings
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with diverse student groups

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student development
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and multidisciplinary team activities
  • Educate staff and families on communication supports and strategies
