You will join a collaborative team helping students succeed in their communication, social, and academic skills. The position includes a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 35 hours each week—ideal for maintaining a balanced professional routine while dedicating your expertise to student growth.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for practice in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong candidates working toward CFY are also encouraged to apply
- Experience working in school environments, particularly with high school-age students
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, voice, language, and fluency disorders for high school students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
