Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary and middle school students across two local campuses. This full-time position provides the chance to serve TK-6th grade learners during the school year, extended school year (ESY), and non-standard-year (NSY) sessions—delivering vital speech-language services to a wide diversity of students.

You'll work at two neighboring school sites: spending two days per week at one location (7:45 am–3:15 pm workday) and three days at the second campus (8:15 am–3:45 pm). The ideal start date is as soon as possible, with flexibility: complete the current school year through June 11, extend into the ESY program (June 17–July 17), and/or return for the next academic year starting August 5.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license and certification
  • Experience with elementary and/or middle school learners (TK-6th), including Pre-K
  • Comfortable addressing mild articulation disorders, mild-moderate disabilities with language deficits, and some AAC needs
  • Ability to collaborate with school staff and families
  • Organizational skills to manage caseloads across two campuses

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students
  • Develop and implement IEP goals
  • Utilize AAC devices and techniques as needed
  • Monitor and document student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support communication goals
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to team planning
