Key Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
  • Georgia teaching certification required
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations and school-based service delivery
  • Proficiency in Medicaid billing documentation and teletherapy methods is highly desirable
  • Capable of handling a diverse caseload within an educational or healthcare context

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy to children of various ages as part of a school-based program
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation, including Medicaid billing
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to assess student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate actively with educators, families, and other specialists for holistic student support
