Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations considered a plus
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a bonus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans, including IEP/504 goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to K–12 students
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress toward goals
- Consult with teachers, parents, and school administrators to support student learning
- Participate in team meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices
