Take on a rewarding role for the 2026-2027 school year as an Occupational Therapist, providing essential support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to make a real difference as you help students develop the skills needed to succeed in their educational environment and daily life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to identify fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and self-regulation needs
  • Design and implement individualized goals and accommodations within students’ IEPs and 504 plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services, both via push-in support and targeted sessions
  • Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, special education professionals, and caregivers
  • Recommend and adapt classroom equipment and setups to foster greater independence
  • Track progress meticulously through documentation and regularly monitor goal achievement

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active or eligible license as an Occupational Therapist in the state
  • NBCOT certification preferred
  • Background in pediatric or school-based therapy is strongly valued
  • Familiarity with assistive technologies and sensory-based interventions is an advantage
