Qualifications:
- Valid SLP-CCC or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current (or eligible) Virginia licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Passion for helping school-aged children overcome communication challenges
- Previous school-based experience is appreciated, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school, state, and federal guidelines
- Support the delivery of direct and consultative therapeutic services in an educational setting
