Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Virginia state SLP license
- SLP-CCC or CFY candidates considered (must be onsite; no remote options)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering student success and collaborating with educational teams
- Ability to adapt to a varied caseload and school setting
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate student records and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student development
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions that address students’ unique needs
- Monitor progress and adapt therapeutic strategies as appropriate
