Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY in progress
  • Valid or pending state licensure as required for school-based practice
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational abilities and a positive, student-centered approach

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language and communication assessments for students, ages and grades as assigned
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals aligned to student needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, supporting students in both individual and group settings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive student support
