Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered
- School-based therapy experience is highly desired
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy services in alignment with students’ IEP goals
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement interventions
- Maintain accurate records of progress, therapy notes, and compliance documentation
- Provide resources and recommendations to educators and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for effective goal-setting and service delivery
