This contract-based opportunity is designed for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists holding a current CCC certification. Based near Newport, NH, you'll have the chance to work with a diverse caseload (to be determined), collaborating with educators and families to positively impact student communication and learning.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid, active SLP license with CCC credentials
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language therapy preferred
- Ability to work in person throughout the assignment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible, team-oriented mindset, open to serving K-12 populations
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered interventions
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic student support
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and professional development as needed
- Stay current with best practices and compliance in school-based SLP services
Position Details:
- 35 hours per week, following the academic calendar
- Onsite role, running from August 19, 2026, to June 3, 2027
- Caseload will be assigned closer to assignment start
