Flexible scheduling is available for those interested in full-time (35 hours per week) or part-time hours, and SLPA applications are welcome.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a school environment is beneficial, though not required
- SLPA candidates must have appropriate licensure and training
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver targeted speech-language therapy
- Maintain documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide support and guidance to students, adapting interventions as needed
