Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP state licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but enthusiastic and qualified SLPs are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Willingness to supervise and support SLPA’s as needed
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, intervention, and therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to student needs, adjusting strategies to maximize progress and engagement
- Provide guidance and oversight for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as part of your collaborative approach
