Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP state license or the ability to obtain one prior to start
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working in a school setting is highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and deliver individualized therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in groups
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
  • Provide consultative support and resources for teachers and staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
