Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license for New York (or eligibility to obtain prior to assignment start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Recent school-based SLP experience strongly desired
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for a diverse student population
- Develop and modify Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and implement related therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
