Begin your next adventure as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist supporting students in a dynamic school setting near the beautiful Emerald Coast. This full-time, on-site contract opportunity runs from August 11, 2026, through June 1, 2027, and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students in various educational environments. Depending on selected caseload, you’ll either be based at a single school or provide itinerant services between two campuses, working with students ranging from Pre-K through young adults (K-22).

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Florida Department of Health Provisional SLP License (active and in good standing)
  • Strongly prefer prior experience working in K–12 or other school-based settings
  • Flexibility to serve either a single campus or work itinerantly as assigned
  • Ability to complete required fingerprinting and credentialing promptly (JLA badge will be issued after clearance; prior AHCA Clearinghouse prints may be valid)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments for assigned students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school-based professionals to ensure student success
  • Deliver direct therapy services and regularly monitor student progress
  • Participate actively in team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development
