Desired Background:

• Active Florida DOH Provisional SLP License is required
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
• Ability to transition quickly within a collaborative educational team
• Knowledge of IEP development, progress reporting, and data-driven instruction
• Dedication to individual student growth and inclusive educational practices
• Fingerprinting clearance through AHCA Clearinghouse; previous clearance may expedite onboarding
• Willingness to travel between assigned schools as needed

Your Role Will Involve:

• Delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to students
• Evaluating, diagnosing, and writing clear, comprehensive reports
• Collaborating on IEP teams to develop and monitor effective, personalized plans
• Supporting teachers and families with training, consultation, and strategy development
• Managing time effectively between schools or within one dedicated campus
• Maintaining timely, compliant records and progress notes
