Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Florida Department of Health Provisional SLP License (required)
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Must complete state fingerprinting (AHCA Clearinghouse prints may be accepted)
• Comfortable working exclusively onsite (not open to telepractice)
• Ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate with various age groups

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for a range of speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with educational staff and families
• Maintain documentation and progress records in line with district policies
• Work a full-time schedule (up to 37.5 hrs/week) at either Northwood Elementary or Southside School (PreKD) within Crestview
