Qualifications:

• Active FL DOH Provisional SLP license (required)
• Fingerprints required; previously completed Florida school fingerprints through AHCA preferred
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to undergo background checks and secure JLA badge
• Flexibility to work across different school sites as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy and conduct assessments for Pre-K and elementary students
• Manage caseloads as identified during the interview process
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Track documentation with accuracy and comply with all regulatory requirements
• Serve two Crestview school sites, splitting your time between Northwood Elementary and Southside School (Pre-K)
