This contract opportunity is ideal for motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including Clinical Fellows (CFY), seasoned professionals holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), and experienced SLP Assistants open to working with pediatric and secondary education populations.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team serving schools in the Greenwood, SC area. Two positions are available: one offers a secondary education-focused caseload, while the other provides a mixed itinerant experience across multiple sites. With a four-day full-time work week, you’ll enjoy work-life balance while delivering high-quality services.
Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license for South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA CCC preferred, but strong CFY and experienced SLPAs will be considered
- Background working with pediatric or adolescent populations in school or healthcare settings
- Teletherapy experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a mixed caseload and travel between sites as needed
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, therapy, and intervention plans for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Offer consultative and direct services via onsite or teletherapy formats
- Engage in IEP meetings and educational planning as a valued team member
This 190-day contract begins July 17th, 2026, and offers competitive hourly compensation based on your experience.
