Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid California Speech Language Pathologist License
• Current ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Passion for working with middle school learners in an educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, school psychologists, and parents
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with IDEA and district guidelines
• Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary student support teams
• Offer guidance and resources to families and staff to facilitate student success
