Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Nipomo, CA

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Minimum two years of experience as a school-based SLP is required
• Experience working with middle school-aged students is highly valued
• Familiarity with SEIS documentation is preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working onsite; no virtual or SLPA supervision duties required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough and timely records of student progress using SEIS (preferred)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other specialists to support student growth
• Deliver interventions in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
