Make a positive impact working with students in a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) contract role near Nisswa, MN. This position is open to both CCC-certified clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFY), offering the chance to develop your skills while supporting students’ communication and educational growth.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota state SLP license
- SLP-CCC or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Knowledge of school-based speech and language services
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work across elementary, middle, or high school settings
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
- Provide both direct and consultative speech/language services
- Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input to student support teams
- Educate staff and families about communication disorders and intervention strategies
