Key Requirements:

  • Hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Eligible to work as a licensed SLP within healthcare and school-based settings
  • School-based SLP experience and pediatric expertise
  • Prior knowledge of essential skills classrooms, cross-categorical, and tailored speech services preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a caseload of approximately 35 students
  • Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centered care
  • Experience supervising or mentoring SLPAs is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments, direct therapy, and develop IEP goals for students in Kindergarten to 4th grade
  • Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to best serve a varied caseload
  • Supervise, mentor, and support an SLPA, providing guidance and feedback to ensure best practices
  • Document progress, maintain compliance, and communicate with families as needed
  • Adapt support for students across essential skills, cross-categorical, and speech-only classrooms

This full-time, 37.5–40 hour per week contract runs from August 10, 2026, through the end of the school year, offering stability and a sense of purpose as you empower young learners to find their voices.
