Make a meaningful impact by supporting elementary students’ communication and language development in a school-based, part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position. This contract opportunity near Noblesville, IN, offers a collaborative environment where you can utilize your specialized skills and make a difference throughout the full school year.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with pediatric or elementary-age populations and are comfortable navigating the school setting. You’ll work four days per week, targeting individualized student needs and collaborating with educators and families to facilitate academic and social growth.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • SLPA experience in school or healthcare settings is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to elementary students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other service providers
  • Offer support and education to students’ families and caregivers
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with all school district policies and state/federal guidelines
