Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or applicable SLPA certification
  • Appropriate state licensure or eligibility upon hire
  • Strong pediatric and elementary school caseload experience preferred
  • Open to SLPs in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience in school or healthcare environments serving young children a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for fostering positive student outcomes

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
  • Conduct assessments and maintain documentation in accordance with district standards
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and offer expertise on communication development
  • Track and report student progress toward established goals
  • Serve as a resource for teachers and support staff regarding speech and language strategies
