Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or applicable SLPA certification
- Appropriate state licensure or eligibility upon hire
- Strong pediatric and elementary school caseload experience preferred
- Open to SLPs in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in school or healthcare environments serving young children a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering positive student outcomes
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Conduct assessments and maintain documentation in accordance with district standards
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and offer expertise on communication development
- Track and report student progress toward established goals
- Serve as a resource for teachers and support staff regarding speech and language strategies
