Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of a relevant SLPA program
- Current or eligible licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- SLP-CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest in working within a school-based environment
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and support for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop IEPs and intervention strategies
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and re-evaluations as required
- Deliver both in-person and/or virtual therapy sessions, adapting services for individual student needs
- Document services, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with staff and families regarding student progress and best practices for support
