Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of a relevant SLPA program
  • Current or eligible licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • SLP-CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience or interest in working within a school-based environment
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and support for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop IEPs and intervention strategies
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and re-evaluations as required
  • Deliver both in-person and/or virtual therapy sessions, adapting services for individual student needs
  • Document services, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Consult with staff and families regarding student progress and best practices for support
