School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Noblesville, Indiana

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active and valid SLP license for Indiana
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous school-based SLP experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP process and student evaluation procedures
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of students referred for speech-language services
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate directly with teachers, special education staff, families, and support personnel
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with district and federal guidelines
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing student progress reviews
