Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in Indiana, or eligibility to obtain
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Proficient in evaluating, diagnosing, and implementing treatment for a variety of communication and swallowing disorders
  • Strong understanding of IEP procedures, compliance, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Compassionate approach with an ability to engage, motivate, and empower students from diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and establish SLP goals
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students in K-12th grade
  • Provide both direct and consultative services in alignment with IEP requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service professionals for comprehensive student support
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records, documentation, and progress notes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
  • Foster a supportive and encouraging therapeutic environment
