Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered
- Experience in schools working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to accommodate individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Provide therapy services to students with diverse communication disorders
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain required documentation on student progress and adhere to school district guidelines
