Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC required, CFY welcome)
- Experience in school-based settings and pediatric care preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to support students, families, and educational teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver full-time (40 hours/week) speech therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students, developing individualized treatment plans
- Assess communication disorders, implement evidence-based interventions, and track student progress
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to facilitate student success
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in alignment with state and district guidelines
