Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC required, CFY welcome)
  • Experience in school-based settings and pediatric care preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to support students, families, and educational teams

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full-time (40 hours/week) speech therapy services to elementary-aged students
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students, developing individualized treatment plans
  • Assess communication disorders, implement evidence-based interventions, and track student progress
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to facilitate student success
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in alignment with state and district guidelines
