Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Work Setting: Two elementary schools
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services across two elementary school sites. This full-time role offers the opportunity to support a diverse group of students while maintaining a manageable and structured caseload.
Caseload Details
Total Caseload: Approximately 60 students
Case Management: 25 students (Speech-Language Impairment only)
Service Delivery: Additional 35 students receiving speech/language services
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
Manage IEPs and compliance for a designated caseload
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state licensure (or eligibility)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous school-based experience is a plus
