To be considered, candidates must possess:
- A current Idaho SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience working as an SLP, preferably in a school setting
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized plans, and providing direct speech and language therapy to students
- Collaborating closely with educators, families, and other service providers to ensure each student’s needs are met
- Maintaining thorough documentation and supporting the IEP process
- Offering consultation and support to school staff on best practices for supporting students’ communication development
