As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll collaborate with educators and families to ensure students receive the support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid state license/credential to practice as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and related documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a K-12 school environment is highly advantageous

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs in students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate the delivery of services in the least restrictive environment
  • Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting strategies to best serve diverse learners
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer consultation and training to staff regarding speech and language best practices
