Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CF candidates will be considered
  • Prior experience in school settings—or willingness to quickly adapt to the school environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language screenings, evaluations, and therapy to students in compliance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Develop tailored intervention plans to address students’ unique speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation of treatment, progress, and compliance
  • Offer training and consultative support to teachers and classroom staff on strategies for communication development
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and help facilitate inclusive learning environments
