Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows with strong clinical backgrounds are welcome
  • Experience working with school-aged children is strongly desired
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other school professionals

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services individually and in small groups
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in student support meetings and professional development as appropriate
