Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain in Virginia
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous experience in a school-based environment is highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students (individually and in small groups)
• Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress
• Maintain accurate case files, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and parent/teacher meetings as needed
