Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid and current state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Demonstrated experience with school-aged children, preferably within educational settings
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Dedication to collaborative, student-centered service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for student services
- Offer consultation and resources to staff and families as needed
