Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Demonstrated experience with school-aged children, preferably within educational settings
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Dedication to collaborative, student-centered service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for student services
• Offer consultation and resources to staff and families as needed
