Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEPs and educational goals
  • Deliver direct therapy both individually and in group settings
  • Monitor and track student progress, maintaining thorough and timely documentation
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school specialists
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on speech-language services and student progress
  • Offer training and resources to staff and families to maximize student support
