Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to individualized and culturally responsive care

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students across varied grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with school needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and provide recommendations for classroom strategies
