Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Oklahoma SLP licensure or immediate eligibility
- CCC-SLP certification or CFY candidates welcomed
- Experience working with school-aged children, including knowledge of IEP processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset and dedication to student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Provide guidance to support staff and contribute to professional development within the school community
- Participate in ongoing progress monitoring and communicate results to relevant stakeholders
