Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Oklahoma SLP licensure or immediate eligibility
• CCC-SLP certification or CFY candidates welcomed
• Experience working with school-aged children, including knowledge of IEP processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset and dedication to student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
• Provide guidance to support staff and contribute to professional development within the school community
• Participate in ongoing progress monitoring and communicate results to relevant stakeholders
